Standard Coordinating Package

I offer a day of wedding coordinating service which allots 12-14 hours. This is inclusive of a maximum of 3 field trips. Each field trip will account for a minimum of 1 hour to a maximum of 1.5 hours, resulting in a maximum of 4.5 hours used. The total hours of field trips used will be deducted from the total allotted 12-14 hours. Field trips may be combined to support client availability. In the week prior to your wedding I am in communication with all your vendors confirming deliveries and services provided (approx. 1-2 hours).

On your wedding day I check in all vendors and stay for the reception from beginning to end. I also act as master of ceremonies making announcements throughout the course of the reception. A timeline will be generated that will create a nice seamless flow to your event. That way all elements of familiarity are experienced by your family and friends without concern of missing memorable moments such as: Newlyweds first dance, cake cutting, etc..! I recommend the Standard Coordinating Package for the bride who is planning 3 months to 9 months out from the wedding date.

Premium Coordinating Package

I offer a full wedding coordinating service which allots 20-24 hours. This is inclusive of a maximum of 4 field trips to various vendors and a maximum of 4 on-site consultations at your reception site. Each field trip will account for a minimum of 1 hour to a maximum of 1.5 hours, resulting in a maximum of 12 hours used. The total hours of field trips used will deducted from the total allotted 20-24 hours. Field trips may be combined to support client availability. In the 2 weeks prior to your wedding, I am in communication with all your vendors confirming deliveries and services provided (approximately 1-2 hours). I, or my representative, will be present for the rehearsal ceremony to provide expert direction in bridal party placement and flow of ceremony.

On your wedding day I check in all vendors and stay for reception from beginning to end utilizing the remainder of the allotted time. I also act as master of ceremonies making announcements throughout the course of the reception. A timeline is generated that will create a nice seamless flow to your event. I recommend the Premium Coordinating Package for the bride who is planning 9 to 12 months out from the wedding date.

Supreme Coordinating Package

I offer a full wedding coordinating service which allots 30-34 hours. This is inclusive of a maximum of 7 field trips to various vendors and 7 on-site consultations at your reception site. Each field trip will account for a minimum of 1 hour to a maximum of 1.5 hours, resulting in a maximum of 21 hours used. The total hours of field trips used will be deducted from the total allotted 30 to 34 hours. Field trips may be combined to support client availability. In the month prior to your wedding I am in communication with all your vendors confirming deliveries and services provided (approx. 2-4 hours). I, or my representative, will be present for the rehearsal ceremony to provide expert direction in bridal party placement and flow of ceremony.
