Supreme Coordinating Package

• 30 -34 hours maximum is made available - a time line will also be created to target the week of your event
• A maximum of 14 field trips to vendors and venue are made available throughout the year of planning
• A month prior to the wedding, I am in contact with all vendors, confirming arrival times and any special needs
• Two weeks prior to the wedding, I also do a follow up. and once again on the week of your event.
• Representation is present for the ceremony rehearsal
• Representation may also act as Master of Ceremonies at the reception
• An assistant will also be made available for the representative on the Wedding day !

Standard Coordinating Package

• 12-14 hours maximum is made available- a time line will also be created to target your wedding day
• A maximum of 3 field trips to vendors and venue are made available
• Two week prior to the wedding, I am in contact with all vendors
• Ceremony rehearsal time is available for an additional fee
• Masters of Ceremony is also made available to you

I recommend the Standard Coordinating Package for the bride who is planning 3 to 9 months out from the wedding date.
